Job Description
Are you an experienced and dynamic professional with a passion for real estate development? We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated General Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team in Berawa Bali. This is a full-time position that offers the chance to lead a growing real estate development company to new heights.
Note: The position is open to both local and foreign candidates (Kitas provided)
Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Oversee all financial matters of the company, including budgeting, financial planning, and analysis. Ensure the company's financial goals are met and provide strategic recommendations to enhance profitability.
- Operational Leadership: Take charge of the day-to-day operations of the company, managing teams and resources effectively. Implement and monitor processes to optimize efficiency and productivity across departments.
- Strategic Planning: Work closely with the executive team to develop and execute the company's strategic initiatives. Identify growth opportunities, assess market trends, and contribute to the development of long-term plans.
- Team Management: Provide leadership and guidance to a diverse team of professionals. Foster a positive work environment, encourage collaboration, and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, partners, and regulatory authorities. Represent the company professionally and negotiate contracts or agreements as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of Proven Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably within the real estate development industry. Demonstrated success in financial management, operations, and strategic planning.
- Financial Acumen: Strong financial and analytical skills with a deep understanding of budgeting, financial modeling, and financial reporting. Experience in financial forecasting and assessing investment opportunities is highly desirable.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals. Proven experience in managing and developing a diverse workforce.
- Strategic Thinking: A strategic mindset with the ability to analyze complex situations, identify challenges, and propose innovative solutions. Proven experience in driving organizational growth and adapting to evolving market conditions.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (both written and verbal). Proficiency in French and Bahasa Indonesia would be a valuable bonus, enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Adaptability and Resilience: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment. A resilient nature to overcome challenges and maintain composure under pressure.
- Knowledge of Local Real Estate: Familiarity with the local real estate market, regulations, and development processes in Bali or Indonesia would be advantageous.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required. A Master's degree or additional professional certifications would be a plus.
