Job Description

Job Brief:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Brand Manager to join our garment brand. As the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase market share. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and passion for fashion will contribute to building a strong brand identity and ensuring its consistent representation across all touch points.


:

- Develop and implement brand strategies and initiatives to position our garment brand effectively in the market and differentiate it from competitors.

- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and behaviors, and translate insights into actionable brand strategies.

- Define and communicate the brand's unique value proposition, core messaging, and brand identity to internal and external stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all marketing and communication channels.

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the brand's story, values, and product offerings to target audiences.

- Manage and monitor brand performance, including tracking brand metrics, analyzing market trends, and adjusting brand strategies as needed.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with media partners, influencers, and key industry professionals to maximize brand exposure and collaborations.

- Oversee the development and production of brand assets, including visual elements, packaging, and marketing materials, to ensure consistency and alignment with the brand's positioning.

- Stay updated on industry trends, fashion events, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks for the brand.

- Manage brand budgets effectively, allocate resources, and track expenses to ensure cost-effective brand-building activities.


Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

- Proven experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar role within the garment or fashion industry.

- In-depth knowledge of branding principles, marketing strategies, and best practices, with a strong understanding of the fashion and garment industry.

- Demonstrated success in developing and executing brand strategies that have resulted in increased brand awareness, customer engagement, and market share.

- Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative brand campaigns and initiatives.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey the brand's messaging and story to internal and external stakeholders.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret market research data, brand metrics, and consumer insights.

- Understanding of digital marketing channels and social media platforms to effectively leverage them in brand-building activities.

- Familiarity with fashion trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics within the garment industry.

- Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining brand consistency and excellence.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
