Job Description

BRAND MANAGER

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in brand management, brand marketing in Fashion / Lifestyle Brand / Skate & Surf Brand.
  • Highly organized and perform well under pressure.
  • Strong leadership and good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Creative thinker and problem solver.
  • Experienced in developing brand strategies that effectively target the right market for a new brand.
  • Strong execution, research and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and responsible for all activities related with the brand such as advertising, media planning, market activation, consumer & trade promo, pricing, financial mix, profit and lost management.
  • Performing and conducting consumer insight, market research, forecasting to provide innovation in brand development.
  • Formulating brand strategies and innovation based on strong market analysis, competitors’ analysis and internal portfolio analysis.
  • Evaluating new product launch within the brand, and management product portfolio.
  • Come up with winning and differentiated communication strategies campaigns supporting the brand objectives.
  • Leading end to end brand portfolio including new product development.
