General Manager Mall (Gm Mall)

Responsible for all the aspects of mall management:

•Develop a structured business plan for all key components of mall operations;

•Able to negotiate with the third party (cleaning service, parking, security, etc.) to maximize income without decline the service;

•Establish strategic goals by gathering relevant business, ensure smooth running of the mall, handle all Operational and Supporting function;

•Close coordination with Corporate unit for Human Capital/FAT/IT/Procurement/Legal/Marketing;

•Close coordination with Leasing to identify prospective tenants to maximize income in line with the business plan;

•Achieve financial objectives by preparing annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions;

•Prepare and oversee the execution of the CAPEX & OPEX budget;

The successful applicant:

•Minimum graduated from university;

•Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin can be valuable;

•At least 10 years of working experience in mall management;

•Have good a network in mall industry;

•Strong negotiations and sales skills:

•Leadership and decision making qualities are essential;

•Willing to work on shift, weekend or public holiday.

•No big ego, down to earth and able to work in team.

•“Can Do” attitude
