Finance Accounting Manager Jobs

We're assisting one of our client in Beverage Manufacturing industry.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years working experience in Supervisor level, in-depth knowledge of cash flow projection, accounting software, HPP calculation (Costing), and financial statement.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring entries in the general ledger (journal) on a daily basis to ensure accuracy of posting
• Preparing cashflow projection
• Preparing operational expenses (OPEX) projection on quarter & Yearly basis
• Reconciling company's bank account on weekly and monthly basis
• Monitoring aging of account payable & receivable in weekly basis
• Prepare tax report
• Monitoring company cashflow in daily basis
• Create AR report based on AR Aging and progress detail of collection on monthly basis
• Prepare monthly Financial statement (Factory Financial report with HPP calculation)
• Preparing Budget on yearly budget
• Monitoring inventory movement on a daily basis in system to ensure accuracy of stock

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy (S1 Akuntasi), cum laude will be preference
• Able to complete report on deadline basis
• Good knowledge of calculation HPP (Costing)
• At least 5 years working experience minimum in Supervisor level
• Have a good analysis and attention to details.
• Good knowledge of cash flow projection and accounting software.
