Job Description

PT Lotte Mart Indonesia (LOTTE Mart)and PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia (LOTTE Grosir)are looking for a Manager of Golf Operations. This position will be develope new policies, strategic initiatives, planning, leads, executes and manage golf & club operations.


Requirements:

  1. Minimum Bachelor Degrees.
  2. Minimum 5 years experience as Manager in golf business.
  3. Experience in planning strategic business, budgeting, controlling in golf business.
  4. Experience manage all daily operational activities in the Golf Operations, club & tournaments according to Standar SOP & Regulation.
  5. Strong business accumen, customer service and communication skills.
