Job Description

PT Lotte Mart Indonesia (LOTTE Mart)and PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia (LOTTE Grosir)are looking for a General Manager of Golf Operations. This position will be develope new policies, strategic initiatives, planning, leads, executes and manage golf & club operations.


Requirements:

  1. Minimum Bachelor Degrees.
  2. Minimum 10 years experience as Manager in golf business.
  3. Experience in planning strategic business, budgeting, controlling in golf business.
  4. Experience manage all daily operational activities in the Golf Operations, club & tournaments according to Standar SOP & Regulation.
  5. Strong business accumen, customer service and communication skills.
