Job Description

PT Lotte Mart Indonesia (LOTTE Mart) and PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia (LOTTE Grosir) are looking for Leasing General Manager (GM Leasing) to supervise the Tenant Leasing Team to ensure maximum occupancy or rental units at all times, achieve tenant satisfaction and achieve specialty leasing income goals established by the Management.


Requirements :

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with 10 years or more of related experience is required (experience in Retail)
  2. Successful track record of building effective tenant relations within a shopping mall or retail property management environment
  3. Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work with speed and accuracy
  4. Clear and effective oral presentation of ideas/recommendations and effective written communication
  5. Work location: Pasar Rebo, Jakarta Timur
