Tenant Leasing General Manager

PT Lotte Mart Indonesia (LOTTE Mart) and PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia (LOTTE Grosir) are looking for Tenant Leasing General Manager (GM Tenant) to supervise the Tenant Team to ensure maximum occupancy or rental units at all times, achieve tenant satisfaction and achieve specialty leasing income goals established by the Management.

Job Details :

• Study, review and recommend policies and procedures that will increase, improve, and maximize tenant occupancy
• Negotiate and budget leasing terms and conditions
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective, existing and short term tenantsr
• Organize and plan a strategy for the needs of all store tenants (new tenants & existing tenants) including the operation and administration of lease agreements based on applicable SOPs and company targets
• Supervise the renewals, addendum, MOU, LOI, renegotiations, and leasing documentation
• Work with tenants to grow the retail market and ensure tenants fulfill their lease obligation
• Source and seek out prospective tenants

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with 10 years or more of related experience is required (experience in Retail is preferred)
2. Successful track record of building effective tenant relations within a shopping mall or retail property management environment
3. Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work with speed and accuracy
4. Clear and effective oral presentation of ideas/recommendations and effective written communication
5. Work location: Pasar Rebo, Jakarta Timur
