Leasing Tenant General Manager

PT Lotte Mart Indonesia (LOTTE Mart) and PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia (LOTTE Grosir) are looking for Leasing Tenant General Manager (GM Leasing) to supervise the Leasing Team to ensure maximum occupancy or rental units at all times, achieve tenant satisfaction and achieve specialty leasing income goals established by the Management.

Job Details :

• Negotiate and budget leasing terms and conditions
• Organize and plan a strategy for the needs of all store tenants (new tenants & existing tenants) including the operation and administration of lease agreements based on applicable SOPs and company targets
• Supervise the renewals, addendum, MOU, LOI, renegotiations, and leasing documentation
• Work with tenants to grow the retail market and ensure tenants fulfill their lease obligation
• Source and seek out prospective tenants
• Study, review and recommend policies and procedures that will increase, improve, and maximize tenant occupancy
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective, existing and short term tenantsr

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with 10 years or more of related experience is required (experience in Retail)
2. Successful track record of building effective tenant relations within a shopping mall or retail property management environment
3. Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work with speed and accuracy
4. Clear and effective oral presentation of ideas/recommendations and effective written communication
5. Work location: Pasar Rebo, Jakarta Timur
