Job Description

Requirements :

  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree
  2. Minimum 3 years experience or more in Retail Leasing / Tenant
  3. Successful track record of building effective tenant within a shopping mall or retail property management environment


Responsibilities:

  • Develop new tenant and maintain relationships with prospective, existing and short-term tenants
  • Work with tenants to grow the retail market and ensure tenants fulfill their lease obligation
  • Supervise the renewals, addendum, MOU, LOI, renegotiations, and leasing documentation
