General Manager Jobs

We're assisting one of our client in Beverage Manufacturing industry.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of proven experience as a General Manager or similar senior management or executive role in FMCG company, experience in planning, budgeting, ISO, HACCP, and Good Manufacturing Practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations
• Communicate with sales distributor
• Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
• Identify challenges & find the best solutions
• Continuously Improve operations process
• Maintain budgets and expenses
• Design Strategy, set goals, timelines and run factory for growth
• Set policies and processes

Qualifications

• Experience Managing Section: Production, Warehouse, Distribution, Supply chain, HR, IT, Engineering, Maintenance
• Senior Management level in FMCG 3 – 5 years
• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar senior Management/executive role
• ISO Experiences
• Proven HACCP experiences
• Extensive Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
• Certified Lean / 6 sigma (preferred)
• Experience in planning and budgeting
