Job Description

Select Headhunter is a leading executive search company who specialise in finding middle to senior level professionals for companies in Indonesia. Our Consumer division have been engaged by a reputable Alcohol company who wish to appoint a new Brand Manager to be based in Bali. This is a unique opportunity to drive the success of one of the most exciting brands in Indonesia and make a real impact on the industry. Once on board, you will be working in a dynamic team who are full of highly motivated individual with a passion for creativity and a drive for excellence. This is an influential role for a creative mind with strong conceptual thinking skills, an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and exceptional communication skills.

Job responsibilities:

  • Represent the brand and act as a brand ambassador at events and industry functions.
  • Develop and manage brand communication plans, including advertising, public relations, and events
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform brand strategies
  • Develop and execute brand strategies to drive brand awareness and sales growth
  • Lead and manage creative projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
  • Oversee budget management and allocate resources effectively to achieve brand objectives
  • Monitor brand performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand initiatives and projects

  • Job Requirements:

    • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong planning, prioritization, and project management competencies
    • Budget management skill
    • Creative mind, not afraid to question and improve the status quo
    • Good understanding of the hospitality and F&B industry in Indonesia
    • Proficient in Google Suite
    • An understanding of paid media content development, distribution, and measurement is an advantage.
    • Lives and represents the brand
    • Strong conceptual thinking and design critiquing skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills that facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
    • Exceptional communication skills, including presenting and writing.
    • Min 3 years of related experience in a similar role
