Minimum 15 years experience on Retail/Chain Store Operations or at least 5 years experience as GM Operations

BSc in Mining Engineering or related technical discipline

Strong understanding of mine productivity and data analysis; Familiarity with mine design and survey software (Surpac)

15 years in the professional space, in addition to 3 years as a General Manager, couple with strong project management skills

Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or finance. MBA would be highly beneficial

Provide insights to senior leadership for strategic business decisions and play a key role in leading CI initiatives

Apply a data-driven culture that utilizes digital platforms and advanced processes and technology to build predictability and scalability into the business

Proactively identifying and addressing risks across end to end operations

Preferably have an exposure across various industries and proven success in leading CI/Ops Excellence projects

In-depth knowledge of financial management principles, practices, and regulations.

Experience with financial software and systems for financial management and reporting.

Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, cash flow management and financial reporting.

Analyse financial data and provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Oversee general administrative functions, including office facilities, vendor management, and employee services.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.

Minimum 5 years experience as Manager in golf business.
