Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree (S1) from all major
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Have an experience/mastering business process and operational strategy
  • Minimum 15 years experience on Retail/Chain Store Operations or at least 5 years experience as GM Operations
  • Effective communication skills

  • Analyze operational performance, identify problems, and design improvement solutions
  • Make strategic decisions related to operations and provide direction to the team to implement them
  • Design and implement operational strategies that support the company's business objectives
  • Supervise the implementation of daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Manage operational budgets and identify ways to control costs and increase efficiency
  • Identify potential improvements in operational processes and develop initiatives to improve productivity and quality
