Job Overview

As the F&B Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the food and beverage operations within the company. You will work closely with the management team to ensure efficient operations, exceptional customer service, and financial success.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall administration and operations of the food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, cafes, and catering services.
• Manage procurement, inventory, and supply chain to ensure efficient provisioning of ingredients, supplies, and equipment.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional strategies to drive business growth.
• Collaborate with chefs and other team members to create innovative menus, ensuring the availability of high-quality and appealing food and beverage offerings.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance profitability, customer satisfaction, and market competitiveness.
• Maintain strict cost control measures to optimize profitability while upholding the quality standards.
• Analyze financial performance, prepare regular reports, and identify opportunities for revenue generation and cost optimization.
• Recruit, train, and manage a competent and motivated F&B team, fostering a positive work environment and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations and standards.
• Monitor and evaluate customer feedback, addressing any issues promptly and implementing necessary improvements.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in the F&B industry.
• Proven experience of at least 5 years in managing F&B operations, preferably within the hospitality industry.
