DETAILS


  • Duration: 6 months
  • Program: Hospitality and Business Internship
  • Host: A 5-Star Resort by Marriott Bonvoy
  • Destination: Bali, Indonesia
  • Department: Food & Beverage
  • Intake: July, August, and September 2023


F&b Service - Responsibilities


  • Clean assigned work areas, dining tables, or serving counters
  • Relay customers’ orders to other kitchen staff
  • Serve food and drinks to customers at a counter, at a stand, or in a hotel room
  • Set tables or prepare food trays for new customers
  • Take food or drink orders from customers
  • Replenish and stock service stations, cabinets, and tables
  • Greet customers and answer their questions about menu items
  • Prepare food and drink orders, such as sandwiches, salads, and coffee


General Requirements


  • Studying or recently graduated (within the last 24 months)
  • School, college or university endorsement
  • Conversational English
  • 18 years old and above
  • Clean criminal record
  • No drug abuse
