Job Description

PT. Agiva Indonesia is looking for MANAGED SERVICE ADMINISTRATION

Placement: Bintaro


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Sales Team for Renewal Support
  • Routinely Scheduling Preventive Maintenance and Create or Collect Document Report
  • Provide L1 Support and Escalated Unsolved Problem
  • Responsible as Service Desk to Handling Incidents or Request from Customer
  • Communication and Collaborate with others Team for Delivery Project
  • Maintain ContractMaintenance and Ticketing Tools

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Customer-oriented, Responsible and problem-solving skills
  • Good English communication skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork
  • Minimum 1-year experience as a Maintenance or Support Team
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • Good knowledge of ITSM, have a certificate ITIL Foundation is Plus
