Managed Service Administration Jobs

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, experience in managed service is preferable.

Manage changes to project scope, objectives, and requirements, evaluating their impact and obtaining necessary approvals.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Manage project schedules, monitor progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Proven experience in successfully delivering projects on time and within scope.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Strong communication, could elaborate on user requirements, and have project team member skill

Manage and configuration firewall rules

2+ years of professional experience in security engineering

Security vendor certification is a plus

Good analytical and strategic thinking skills

Knowledge of best practices of IT security especially for networks, servers, and applications.

Demonstrated experience of Managed Services.

Experience in Virtual Machine technology: VMware or Hyper V, etc

Experience in handling AWS Application Migration Service (MGN), Backup & Restore Snapshot, Rules hardening.

Demonstrated experience working with vendors and/or 3rd parties.

Perform necessary checks, apply monitoring tools and respond to alerts.

Assist in analyzing, assigning, and escalating support calls.

Minimum 1-year experience as a Maintenance or Support Team

Good knowledge of ITSM, have a certificate ITIL Foundation is Plus

Customer-oriented, Responsible and problem-solving skills
