Are you an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully overseeing projects in the realm of managed services? Join our dynamic team and take the lead in delivering exceptional services to our diverse client base. We are seeking a skilled Project Manager who can effectively manage projects, coordinate teams, and ensure the seamless execution of managed service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project schedules, monitor progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Facilitate clear communication channels among internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders, providing regular project updates and addressing concerns.
• Manage changes to project scope, objectives, and requirements, evaluating their impact and obtaining necessary approvals.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, making necessary adjustments to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
• Effectively resolve issues and conflicts that arise during project execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams as required.
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, milestones, decisions, and communications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is consistently achieved.
• Monitor project performance against established KPIs and success criteria, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
• Allocate and coordinate resources, including technical teams, equipment, and tools, to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables by conducting thorough quality checks, testing, and validation processes.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, experience in managed service is preferable.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing project challenges.
• Experienced in HR and/or understanding of Labor Act is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in successfully delivering projects on time and within scope.
