Responsibilities

• Make infrastructure strategies that oversee network, application, and data security.
• Manage all E-Commerce Technology team and also work largely with vendors.
• Lead the application development and delivery initiatives for E-Commerce business solution.
• Identify E-Commerce website & apps requirement, analysis of business needs, provide recommendation & designing innovative solutions that meet requirements.
• Providing technical leadership and oversee overall technology development and utilization plan and manage all information technology teams and resources.
• Ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards.
• Responsible for E-Commerce’s core technology and product roadmap, technology innovation, infrastructure, application development, digital technology, Martech & business transformation.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from a reputable University.
• Sharp business sense, detail-oriented. Fluent English is a must.
• Willing to be placed in Karawaci, Tangerang.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience managing Tech team in eCommerce.
• Have eCommerce background with experience of front end like Magento or other platforms, back end order management system, warehouse management system & Martech (good understanding). Have knowledge and skills on data analytics, product management and project management skills.
