Shift Engineer Ict Jobs

Responsibility :

A. Responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and day-to-day operations of server/storage/backup systems and Software

B. Responsible to do work of requests from clients regarding network or server

C. Doing server operating system installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting (e.g.Windows Server and Linux)

D. Creating weekly/monthly report such room temperature, customer power usage, weekly running generator, movement, etc.

E. Record every Preventive/Corrective Maintenance devices.

F. Record every customer item that inbound or outbound.

G. Record all activity request from customer

Qualification

A. Minimum has one year of working experience in related field

B. Having knowledge in configuration server out-of-band management platform such as Dell iDRAC, HP iLO, Huawei iBMC, etc.

C. Having knowledge and experience with enterprise operating system installation and troubleshooting is a plus (Windows Server, Linux, UNIX)

D. Engineers should have good analytical and problem solving skills. They should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

E. Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, firewall, routers, switches, controllers.

F. Had experience in network security, LAN and WAN is advantage.

G. Ability to create accurate network diagrams and

H. documentation for design even planning network communication systems.

I. A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment.
