We are currently seeking a success-oriented ProjectPreSales Engineerto join our expanding team. The Pre-Sales Engineer will work closely with the Sales Team and Technical Support Team to provide comprehensive technical and operational support to ensure the best customer needs are met. You will also attend or participate in appropriate sales / marketing events, including setting up and attending trade shows and customer events.


-Provide solution presentation and operational support during the sales discovery process;

- Provide BoQs for Project Solutions and work with Sales Team to create proposals;

- Develops the required technical and product solution-based and capable to plan the Proof of Concept (PoC);

-Assess technical solutions required to meet customer requirements;

-Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions within the context of the customer's business requirements;

-Develop well-structured and descriptive performance specifications that best explain how the technical solutions will meet customer requirements;

-Provide technical analysis and comparisons between comparable technologies;

-Participate in Events and provide professional technical support for various marketing activities;

-Conduct technical training and communicate technical information to all internal and external customers;

-Other duties as directed by the Technical Director;

- Proactively maintaining customer relationships between clients and government enterprises.

Requirements

-More than 2 years of relevant security video surveillance and/or IT experience in technical project management with a proven track record for successful and profitable project completion;

- More than 2 years of project experience, with projects on government and enterprise market background is a must;

- Have experience in CCTV Systems, Access Control, Alarm Systems, Building Intercom Systems, IT infrastructure and related Servers, Network & Storage Technologies. Including Video Management Systems/Platforms is a Great advantage;

-Well organized and able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines;

-Extensive knowledge of IP networks, infrastructure and related hardware;

-Experience creating and delivering technical training;

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team;

-Excellent sales, communication, negotiation and presentation skills;

-Willingness to travel in Indonesia;

-Native Indonesian speaker and proficiency in written and spoken in English.
