Software Engineer Manager Jobs

We are currently looking for a Software Engineer Manager on behalf of our clients. The requirements are as follows:

Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of product owner / product management experience in a company, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
• Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and other growth initiatives.
• Possesses hands-on coding expertise in product development utilizing React Native.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, with a strong focus on product engineering.
• In-depth understanding of software development processes and methodologies, including Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
• Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, encompassing feature releases, enhancements, and technical improvements.
• Lead the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
• Manage the Scrum process, including facilitating Scrum events, removing impediments, and promoting continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the Scrum Master and Agile teams to ensure smooth execution of product development, adhering to Agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, business leaders, and development teams, to define and prioritize product features and requirements.
• Define and communicate product requirements, specifications, and acceptance criteria to the development team.
• Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to the development team throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that it aligns with the product vision and addresses customer needs effectively.
