Global ICT Telco is seeking an experienced and skilled Data Center Presales Engineer. In this role, you will take on responsibilities such as customer technical communication, project bidding, data collection and analysis, and data center facility research. You will use your extensive experience and knowledge in data center construction, operation, and industry standards to provide best-in-class solutions to our clients. This role requires proficiency in English as it's the primary working language.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project bidding initiatives, including pre-bid guidance, bidding organization, and solution development.
• Collect and analyze relevant data on industry customers, competitors, and market trends.
• Conduct research on overseas data center facilities, gathering key data center facility information.
• Engage in technical communication with customers to analyze their needs and provide comprehensive data center solutions.
• Engage in communication and review processes with local subcontractors to ensure alignment and quality assurance.
• Participate in global exhibitions and forums in the data center field to foster industry relationships and keep abreast of emerging trends.
• Lead and participate in the consulting, concept design, and design communication of data center projects, as well as the bidding and clarification of data center facility projects.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with IDC products (e.g., chillers, UPS, generators, transformers, AC) preferred.
• Excellent team communication and coordination skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesia's data center-related standards and specifications and Tia-942 standards.
• 3+ years of experience in end-to-end delivery in data center construction and management, with a focus on Electrical, Weak-current, Fire Control, HVAC, and Decoration.
• Knowledge of certification standard processes required by the Indonesian data center industry.
• Proven experience in the operation of data center projects, having delivered projects involving over 1000 racks.
• Familiarity with the overall solution architecture of data centers.
• Proficiency in English, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities. English will be used as the daily working language.
