Data Center System Operator & Facility Management

The rapid development of technology is one of the challenges that must be faced by all companies in Indonesia, including BCA. Responding to this challenge, BCA continues to promote innovation so that it can always be a bank that the community can rely on.

In line with the increasing number of transactions and the number of customers, BCA requires Data Center System Operators & Facility Management to monitor BCA Data Center infrastructure systems and facilities, specifically for the following aspects:

- Network Operation Center: responsible for operating and managing IT hardware assets, as well as access control management

- IT Monitoring Center: responsible for monitoring process and application systems, infrastructure, and security along with their supporting facilities

There are 2 paths to become a Data Center System Operator & Facility Management at IT BCA, namely:

1. IT Staff

Employees will go through a probation period of 3 months and will receive technical assistance, buddy and mentor from IT BCA. This path is open for Entry Level.

2. PKWT Employees (Specific Time Work Agreement)

PKWT employees will undergo a contract period of 1 year by receiving technical training, soft skill training, buddy, and mentor. After completing the contract period, PKWT employees have the opportunity to be appointed as permanent employees of IT BCA. This path is open for Entry Level.
