Job Description
Responsibilities


  • Make reports on all conditions that occur in the system and report/escalate problems that occur in the Data Center
  • Execute the rules contained in the Data Center Operations policy
  • Monitoring the Data Center in escalating if there are indications of disturbances
  • Carry out the monitoring process on the center systems and facilities according to the schedule and work instructions that have been determined
  • Carry out every step of the process contained in the job checklist of the system handled by the Data Center Operation unit and other data center processes in the discipline manner
  • Provide suggestions for increasing efficiency and effectiveness and work processes or ways to overcome problems that occur
  • Become an active and pro-active IT Operation support for work units that become business partners
Requirements


  • S1 Coomunication Technology / Computer Science, Computer Engineering / Telecommunications
  • Basic knowledge of Linux
  • Knowledge of VMWare/ Virtualbox/ MySQL/ PostgreSQL is an added value
  • Knowledge of network technology, maintenance, backup links, network availability, and network capacity monitoring
  • 1–2 years of experience in a related field
