2. Menguasai requirement data center standard menurut best practice (Uptime, TIA-942)

1. S1 Teknik Elektro/Arus Kuat/Teknik Fisika/Teknik Mesin/ME (Mechanical Electrical) atau sejenisnya

5. Memiliki pengalaman dalam data center design

6. Mempunyai sertifikat CDCP atau sejenisnya lebih diutamakan

7. Memahami infrastruktur TI lebih diutamakan

8. Dapat melakukan manajemen proyek

Having knowledge on Remotely Anywhere installation, configuration and daily usage

Min 2 year experience in Data Center

Certifications in TSM, Data Domain, Online/Offline Storage, Windows and ITIL/ITSM will be an advantage

Deep skills on TSM and ArcServe backup installation, configuration, troubleshooting and security hardening

Deep skills on regulatory application process (SOD/EOD) and configuration for Installation, troubleshooting and security hardening

Deep skills on connect direct process (data transfer) installation, configuration and troubleshooting

Diploma, degree or relevant qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience)

At least 1-3 years of working experience is required for this position

Ensure that assigned infrastructure at the client site is configured, installed, tested, and operational

Perform necessary checks, apply monitoring tools and respond to alerts

Assist in analyzing, assigning, and escalating support calls

Investigate third line support calls assigned and identify the root cause of incidents and problems

Contact clients to present proposals for the management/coordination of a construction project

Liaise with production, technical, management, and marketing staff to discuss and implement project plans.

Coordinate and assign job duties to technical staff to ensure smooth work operations

Proffer recommendations to clients on the materials, equipment, and labor required for an architectural undertaking

Have minimum 3-5 years experiences as engineering in high rise / housing

Experienced in Data Center Project

Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets especially Excel

High-level written and verbal communication skills

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from Computerized Accounting/ Accounting

2. Supervise the installation of electrical and mechanical work to comply with standard procedures.

3. Handling problems that may arise in the MEP technical scope, including conducting tests.

4. Make routine reports related to MEP works.

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

3. Computer literate (Ms. Office and AutoCAD).

Experienced in Data Center Sales

Knowledgeable in the digital industry especially data center

Possessing a broad network is a plus

- Experience troubleshooting and solving technical problem

- Engage and maintain relationship with client

- Build communication with client via email and live chat

- Identify client's issues and provide the solutions

- Communicate client's needs and issues to the stakeholders

D3 or S1 Degree preferably majoring in Informatics, Informatics Engineering, Information Technology (or any major), or related field equivalent experience.

Minimum 1-year experience in Information Technology

Having knowledge and familiarity with network systems, E-mail, troubleshooting, and the Internet (min. Basic)

Having knowledge and familiarity with network topology, Routing, TCP / IP, VPN.

Having good communication skill in english

The key responsibilities for this role include:

1–2 years of experience in a related field

Knowledge of network technology, maintenance, backup links, network availability, and network capacity monitoring

Knowledge of VMWare/ Virtualbox/ MySQL/ PostgreSQL is an added value

Execute the rules contained in the Data Center Operations policy

Make reports on all conditions that occur in the system and report/escalate problems that occur in the Data Center

Provide suggestions for increasing efficiency and effectiveness and work processes or ways to overcome problems that occur
