The company has a goal to bridge the gap between automotive vehicle owners and Indonesia's independent car workshop sector, transforming the vehicle maintenance experience for consumers and equipping workshops with business software solutions and procurement savings. As an on-demand vehicle management platform, Otoklix provides a comprehensive solution for car owners to make informed choices about car maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and compare costs and benefits when evaluating new vendors
• Ensure that supplier deliveries are in line with contract deliveries requirements, e.g. price, quality – minimum returns on deliveries
• Design and oversee the schedule for cleaning and disinfecting the building
• Fix minor malfunctions in office equipment
• Ensure all assets are recorded and barcoded in the asset register and the allocation of assets in accordance with the relevant policy and procedures
• -Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations (K3)
• Check rooms and furniture to identify needs for repairs or renovations
• Coordinate asset condition inspections and assessments, asset valuations and assist in developing asset renewal and maintenance programs
• Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment and internal systems (e.g. cooling system, alarms, security cameras)
• Research new services and appliances to facilitate operations
• Maintain an updated record of invoices from external partners (e.g. suppliers, insurance agents, security guards)

Requirement:

• Demonstrate integrity in the workplace through honesty and transparency of information
• Having knowledge of asset management principles and practices
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and self-motivation
• Have experience in crisis management, one of which is dealing with pandemic situations
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups at both a general and technical level
• Have Project planning & Management ability to multitask effectively
• Have strong responsibility by taking ownership on any given task
• 3-4 years of experience in Facility Management, Facility Maintenance, and/ or Asset Management, -Building Management. We're also happy if you have a knowledge about HSE (Health and Safety)
