Facility Management Staff Jobs

Having knowledge of asset management principles and practices

Have experience in crisis management, one of which is dealing with pandemic situations

Have Project planning & Management ability to multitask effectively

Ensure that supplier deliveries are in line with contract deliveries requirements, e.g. price, quality – minimum returns on deliveries

Conduct market research and compare costs and benefits when evaluating new vendors

Well-developed interpersonal skills and self-motivation

Minimum 2 years experience in Facility Management

Control and run all equipment and facility under Facility Management as applied procedure

Improve energy management by implementing energy saving initiatives

Knowledge related to building construction, fire protection system, waste water treatment

Implement "Take-2" (or safety check) for the regular and irregular jobs, including safety working assessment

Do regular and daily check based on applied procedure and daily shift instruction

Paham pengurusan pajak (bangunan, usaha, dan kendaraan)

Berpengalaman dalam mengurus stok (alat tulis dan rumah tangga kantor) serta aset perusahaan

Mampu koordinasi kinerja cleaning service

Mengatur pembelian barang / pembelanjaan untuk perusahaan
