Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and generate reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to optimise sales processes and increase overall efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure individual and collective success. Set clear sales targets and motivate the team to achieve and exceed them.
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals, emphasizing revenue growth, seller retention, and brand diversification.
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Conduct regular research and analysis to identify potential areas of growth and differentiate our offerings within the B2B beauty sector.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities to the sales team, equipping them with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment and coherence across departments. Leverage collective expertise and resources to enhance sales initiatives and achieve overall company objectives.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth from the seller base by identifying and capitalising on opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and introducing new product lines or brand partnerships.
  • Seller Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing sellers, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional support to ensure their satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term commitment to the company.



Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales leadership, preferably within the beauty industry or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales process, including seller relationship management, revenue growth strategies, and brand diversification.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
