Overview The Head of Talent Management is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive talent management strategy that supports the organization’s overall business objectives. This includes developing and implementing talent acquisition, talent development, and succession planning initiatives. The Head of Talent Management will also be responsible for creating and managing a performance management system that aligns with the organization’s goals and objectives. Detailed Job Description The Head of Talent Management is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive talent management strategy that supports the organization’s overall business objectives. This includes developing and implementing talent acquisition, talent development, and succession planning initiatives. The Head of Talent Management will also be responsible for creating and managing a performance management system that aligns with the organization’s goals and objectives. The Head of Talent Management will also be responsible for developing and managing a talent management budget, and ensuring that the organization’s talent management initiatives are in line with the organization’s overall strategic objectives.
