Job Scope

• Manage existing talent roster and executing their campaigns
• Lead Gushcloud’s talent unit
• Manage relationship with social media platform to ensure easy access and support for our talent roster
• Manage relationship with non-exclusive talent to get better terms of payment and business deals, in time, to sign them into our exclusive roster
• Scout and sign exclusive talent across social media platform to expand Gushcloud’s talent roster
• Develop client portfolio thru business development and increase revenue for each exclusive talents in Gushcloud’s roster
• Develop and expand talent’s revenue stream thru development of new IP and content vertical

• Good understanding of digital and social media talent, as well as mainstream media / entertainment talent.
• Existing relationship and network with mainstream entertainment business (TV station, movie industry, talent management, music label, major production houses for TV and Movies, etc)
• Existing relationship and network with talent management and independent talents.
• Business English, both grammar and conversational is a must. Mandarin is a plus.
• Existing relationship and network with social media platforms.
• Min. 5 years mid-level management experience in mainstream entertainment business (music and/or movie)
