Manage existing talent roster and executing their campaigns

Manage relationship with social media platform to ensure easy access and support for our talent roster

Develop client portfolio thru business development and increase revenue for each exclusive talents in Gushcloud’s roster

• Strong project management and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

• Experience with UX tools like Hotjar or Google Tag Manager.

• Growing revenue and ensuring a healthy profit margin for the channels you manage.

• Demonstrable digital acquisition experience increasing revenue.

• Experience in managing and mentoring a team of marketers.

2. Minimum 15 years of related work experience in Finance, Corporate Planning or Strategic Performance Management

4. Working knowledge in balanced scorecard, performance management systems, and/or operations excellence tools

5. Experience in all aspects of financial accounting and knowledge of international accounting standards

1. Candidates should possess at minimum a bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent

3. Previous exposure from an energy industry is an advantage

6. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) will be a plus point

— High negotiation, presentation and communication skills;

— Experience with Native Advertising is a definite plus.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Management, Human Resources, Learning Development, or a related field

Conduct the implementation and progression of performance management programs that support employee growth and development

Coordinate and execute the logistical aspect of the Talent Management events

Support the implementation of the learning management system and other learning activities

Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience

Excellent interpersonal & communication skills

You have a strong knowledge of various sourcing tools & methodologies
