Job Description

Job Summary:

The Talent and Performance Management Senior Staff will be responsible in managing the on-/off-boarding, recruitment, and learning & development of Gunung Sewu Kencana employees and top talents within the Gunung Sewu Group. This includes supporting the onboarding process, managing the yearly employee performance, career development programs and build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a positive employee experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Build positive relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and senior leaders, to ensure a positive employee experience and facilitate open communication
  • Conduct the implementation and progression of performance management programs that support employee growth and development
  • Co-create career development programs that help employees achieve their goals while also meeting the needs of the organization
  • Support the implementation of the learning management system and other learning activities
  • Support the overall recruitment process and support the redesign of the recruitment processes.
  • Co-create the design and conduct delivery of onboarding programs that ensure new hires are quickly integrated into the organization
  • Coordinate and execute the logistical aspect of the Talent Management events
  • Assist in coordinating the schedule and other related appointments / meetings necessary
  • Assist in administering, pre-processing, processing and presenting the yearly engagement employee survey


Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Management, Human Resources, Learning Development, or a related field
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders across different levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
