Assistant Manager, Performance Management (Area Sales Performance)

Job Responsibilities:

• Daily monitoring & managing of team performance & program performance of both internal and external field personnel to implement the organization's overall strategy and identifying gaps to address.
• Responsible for maintaining good rapport with partners and their workforce by engaging them on a regular basis, sharing on the latest campaigns and initiatives, and obtaining insights into the market trends and customer’s feedback.
• In charge or managing and facilitating the training on the latest campaigns and initiatives by preparing training decks, conduct refresher course and assess their understanding.
• Responsible for liaising with company partners and their workforce to provide technical support.
• In charge of setting up the KPIs and Workshop for all partners and the retail stores.
• Responsible for developing campaigns, presenting the summary of the performance analysis and performance review and providing solutions and recommendations for business improvements.
• To create the timeline for each proposed solutions & campaigns including marketing & tech
• Assess the effectiveness of campaigns by determining resources, value added to the business and forecasting outcome.
• Responsible for developing timeline for campaigns and solutions which includes marketing and tech support.
• To monitor project metrics, progress, and operational task to ensure the execution of the task is conducted and completed on time, whilst ensuring it stays within budget, and in accordance with project requirements and guidelines.
• Understand the effectiveness of the projects and campaigns by reviewing the execution and deliverables.
• Develop/improve and execute the departments work process & commercial flow (Standardize SOP for all partners)
• Work closely with the Key Account Management team to develop campaigns and solutions for all partners, ensuring it is aligned with the business strategy and direction.
• Coordinate internally with the Tech team for the resolution of any system issues raised by partners.
• Perform other task as required by the management & other job-related function as at when required.
• Prepare & provide daily, weekly and monthly report while providing analysis and recommendations that will help achieve targets in assigned area
• In charge of developing enhanced work process and commercial flow for all partners.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent communication in both spoken and writing English is a must.
• Must have strong leadership skills and the ability to hire, train, and motivate team members.
• Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business of any field related.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
