Responsibilities

1. Identify paid ads strategies, campaign forecasts, tactics, and channels to drive clients’ new user acquisition, activation, retention, product cross-selling, upselling, etc.
2. Optimize campaign budget effectively by planning for seasonality factors through accurate forecasting, rigorous testing, and agile optimization.
3. Collaborate and work closely with the account manager to create campaign assets and achieve campaign objectives.
4. Responsible for the collectively set targets in your client’s KPI is achieved.
5. Ensuring successful campaigns by managing bids and budgets to meet the predefined KPIs.
6. Drive online excellence for campaign activation, media planning, E-Commerce, performance media, and CRM.
7. Ensuring effective communication and co-operation between the internal team and external third parties.
8. Conduct A/B testing and experiments for performance campaigns with variations of creative, audience targeting, platform, content, or topic.
9. Generate new ideas and initiatives for new paid ads campaigns that can be a source of new business opportunity
10. Analyze a large set of data to identify market trends, user behavior, and insights for recommendations of marketing and business strategy.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 5 years of working experience in Digital Marketing including, but not limited to FB, Google, Tiktok ads, programmatic, etc.
2. Proven success in delivering strong digital performance and sales growth through digital platforms.
3. In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, GSC, ahrefs, moz, etc) Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
4. Handling local or multinational clients of various industries for digital advertising projects.
5. Able to work well in a cross-functional team and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
6. Strong analytical skills and good with numbers.
7. Excellent verbal communication, presentation skills, and writing proficiency in English and Bahasa.
