Job Description

Platform Marketing & Performance is responsible for driving traffic & qualified lead generation through the effective use of various digital marketing channels through strategy, day to day implementation of campaign. Full ownership of managing Digital paid PPC, Paid Social, Display, SEO and Affiliates, you will analyse performance and look at ways to improve warm leads to our website and their conversion.


Responsibilities :

  • Create and implement an acquisition marketing plan across core digital channels primarily across PPC and Paid Social but also in SEO and grow new under utilized channels such as Affiliates and Programmatic Display networks
  • Constantly reviewing and understanding our customer needs, motivations and purchase behaviour and reporting back to the wider business.
  • Responsible for the paid media, owned media and earned media marketing mix ie PPC, SEO, Paid Social, Affiliate/Partnership
  • Identifying improvements to acquisition performance in channels and onsite experience, and shaping roadmaps to implement any changes that are required
  • Drive Traffic though focusing on the upper & bottom of the funnel and to ensure that the pages are built with conversion in mind.
  • Understanding business requirements and delivering high-quality technical solutions that empower the Group Marketing & Digital teams to utilize the Marketing Cloud automation platform.
  • Leads digital operations team and product teams to ensure data/trends are being used to make Informed decisions to scale growth.
  • Own parts of the marketing technology stack (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to ensure that we are using the correct channels to attract the right customers.


Requirements :

  • Written & verbal communications, both in Bahasa & English
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
  • Good leadership and experience in managing lot of people.
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Digital Marketing & Ads
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or any majors with 5-7 years of experience as Digital Marketing & Performance
