Position Overview:
As a Performance Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the digital marketing strategies and initiatives to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversion across various digital channels. Leveraging your expertise in digital analytics, optimization, and marketing techniques, you will be responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of our online campaigns and ensuring a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development:
Collaborate with the marketing team to formulate and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital campaigns and track progress towards goals.
Campaign Planning and Execution:
Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Ads Network, LinkedIn Ads, and more.
Coordinate with creative teams to develop engaging ad copy, visuals, and landing pages for various campaigns.
Data Analysis and Optimization:
Utilize analytics tools to monitor the performance of digital campaigns, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
A/B test various elements of campaigns (e.g., ad creatives, targeting, landing pages) to improve conversion rates and ROI.
Organic and Paid Management:
Oversee search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to improve organic search visibility and rankings.
Manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns, including keyword research, bidding strategies, and ad placements.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
Identify opportunities to enhance user experience and drive conversions by optimizing website design, layout, and content.
Implement strategies to reduce bounce rates, improve page load times, and increase overall website performance.
Budget Management:
Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to campaigns that demonstrate the highest potential ROI for our Clients.
Monitor spending, adjust bids, and reallocate funds as needed to maximize campaign performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing, analytics, and optimization.
Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and data interpretation.
Have knowledge of mobile measurement platforms
Experience with SEO strategies, SEM campaign management, and CRO techniques.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
