Role Description

As a Performance Marketing Sales Manager (Mobile), you will generate new business and manage relationships with mobile app advertisers. In this full-time remote role, you will be expected to develop and execute marketing plans, establish partnerships, and drive long-term revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of the mobile app landscape and a strong record of successful sales experience.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Proven track record of successful sales experience in the mobile app advertising industry in Indonesia (South East Asia preferred)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
• Experience in performance marketing and knowledge of key performance metrics (CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, etc.)
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools such as Salesforce
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
