Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, target audiences, and marketing goals. Maintain regular communication, provide performance updates, and offer strategic recommendations to drive client success.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as creative, analytics, and account management to ensure seamless campaign execution, alignment of strategies, and holistic client support.
  • Reporting and Insights: Prepare regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders. Present findings in a clear and concise manner to demonstrate campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Oversee the planning, setup, and execution of performance marketing campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting strategies, ad creatives, landing page optimization, and conversion tracking implementation.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively across campaigns and channels. Monitor spending and ensure optimal utilization of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Team Management and Leadership: Lead a team of performance marketing specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. Set clear objectives, establish performance metrics, and foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
  • Performance Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with client goals, leveraging channels such as search engine marketing (SEM), paid social media advertising, display advertising, and other performance-driven tactics.
  • Performance Analysis and Optimization: Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and identify opportunities for optimization. Implement data-driven strategies to improve campaign performance, increase ROAS, and achieve client-specific KPIs.
  • Industry Trends and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing. Share knowledge, explore new opportunities, and drive innovation within the team and with the clients.

Desired Experience/Skill:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.
  • Experience in managing a team, providing leadership, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strategic mindset and ability to think creatively to solve marketing challenges and drive business results.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated experience in performance marketing, including SEM, paid social media advertising, display advertising, and other performance-driven channels. Experience in e-commerce marketing is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 5+ year experience in performance marketing
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns to achieve business goals and maximize ROAS.
  • Proficiency in budget management, forecasting, and financial analysis related to performance marketing campaigns.
