Ensure top organic search ranking positions (SEO)

* Knowledge of Google Ads will be a plus

* Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize ad performance.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members.

* CPAS & Marketplace Ads- Experience in Collaborative Ads, Shopee Ads, Tokopedia Ads, and Lazada Ads.

* Reporting / Analysis - Experience with monthly reporting, interpreting data & finding actionable insights.

Minimum 5+ year experience in performance marketing

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in digital marketing are a plus.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.

You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing or Business Management or a relevant field, ideally from a top-tier school

You have hands-on experience using Google Analytics, Google Studio Manager, and other relevant tools for daily reporting/MIS.

Experience within Demand Generation / Customer Acquisition Funnel and Performance marketing would be a strong advantage.

Experience scaling small or early-stage brands within realistic timeframes, backed with analytical data and business cases.

Drive user growth across verticals - B2C and Seller acquisitions.

Using platforms like Tiktok, Shopee, and Meta platforms to acquire more customers for exclusive brands.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client service skills

Ability to collaborate well with teams and proactively manage multiple tasks
