It Performance Management Specialist

Responsibility:

1. The role will be own and in charge of leading the incident management process to resolution and restoring IT services according to agreed SLA.
2. The role will also log, prioritize, categorize recurring incidents, assess and identify root cause by coordinating with each SME’s in order to avoid similar issues and improve overall IT services SLA.
3. The role is responsible for maintaining incident logs, reporting to upper management & regulator (related with IT systems/services incidents that impacting the Bank’s ability to serve customers) and identify area of improvement as part of continuous improvement process.
4. Govern and manage third parties during any outages and its subsequence improvement to meet contractual SLA.
5. IT Performance Management Specialist also take role as command center/coordinator during Disaster Recovery Exercise.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering, or a related field.
2. At least three years experience working in IT service management, or a similar role. Preferably from Financial Sector Industry.
3. Strong knowledge of IT service management software including ITIL and COBIT. At least certified in ITIL v3 Foundation.
4. Experience working with Enterprise IT systems and software’s.
5. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross disciplines team members.
6. Ability to analyze a high volume of technical data and work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Strong problem solving, analytical, and time management skills.
8. Ability to handle and perform under pressure.
