Performance Marketing Specialist Jobs

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, your primary responsibility is for the full spectrum of digital marketing: planning, development, implementation, and marketing strategy using digital marketing channels (organic & paid). This is a paid, remote, full-time position (flexible hours - estimated up to 40 hours per week). Your scope of work will be (not limited to):

• Track, measure, optimize and evaluate the performance of paid ad & organic campaigns
• Optimizing website performance by developing keyword research and maintain Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Manage Google Business Administration
• Plan and create a small-scale A-B test campaign, and do experiments with creative, audience data, platform, placement content, or topic
• Monitor and assess competitor activity and keyword ranking performance
• Manage an integrated and cost-effective paid media marketing strategy
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, identify trends and insights, and give recommendations for the next campaigns

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Performance Marketing Specialist or any related fields
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Facebook ads, Google Ads, Google analytic 4, SEO and SEM Optimization
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/ Management/ Technology/ Related Field
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Teamwork and leadership skills
