Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the IT team regarding the change documents that will be raised to the production area.
  • Review system change documents based on the list received according to applicable guidelines.
  • Take an active role in the forum.
  • Report and request approval of the results of the review to the head of the work unit in the forum.
  • Responsible for all document closures related to changes.
  • Provide a response or concern according to the SLA on the results of the review to the IT team
  • Always attend daily stand up for projects that have been given.


Qualifications

  • Have good communication skills and can work in a team.
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Informatics Engineering or other related fields from reputable Universities.
  • Have at least 1 year experience in implementing IT projects in banking and collaborating with IT work units and various other related work units.
  • Have experience in preparing test scripts for testing purposes.
  • Have good English skills (Active and Passive).
  • Have analytical/critical skills and problem solving of business processes in digital banking.
