Head Of Climate Change Program

Position Summary:

Head of Climate Change will be responsible for:

1. Direct, monitor and evaluate climate change mitigation act through nature based solution from Agricultural, Forestry and Other Land Use (AFOLU) and biodiversity protection.
2. Direct, monitor and evaluate village-based energy transition and community development project. Projects would simultaneously support biodiversity, conservation and restoration of habitats and improve quality of life for residents.
3. Manage the whole life cycle of the projects, including planning, budgeting, administrative and compliance.

Project activities will be focusing in East Kalimantan, Central Java and West Papua.

Location:

Pertamina Foundation's Office, Jakarta

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, forestry, environmental science, or other related fields; Master's degree preferred.
2. 3 years of experience in climate mitigations related projects.
3. Demonstrated ability to work across a wide range of government, civil society, local, donor and multilateral counterparts.
