Job Description

Ours is a secure health-tech platform with a mission to simplifying access to healthcare by connecting millions of patients with licensed doctors, insurance, labs, and pharmacies in one mobile application.


We have Medical Shift in Charge that offer an exciting opportunity for you to take on new challenges and grow with us!


Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining doctors schedule
  • Manage doctors online on the platform
  • Filling log notes: Take notes on what's happening and the follow-ups
  • Report real-time problems to tech support and follow up on the progress
  • Create shift report of teleconsultation statistics


Requirements:

  • Management experience in a healthcare startup is a plus
  • Fluent in English
  • Detail-oriented and highly initiative
  • Willing to work in shifts on the weekend and public holidays
  • Tech-savvy and mastered Microsoft Office
  • Graduated from any major but from Health science major (Medicine, Nurse, Midwifery, Public Health, Medical Recorder) is a plus
  • Willing to work in shift, weekend and public holiday (mandatory)
  • Good communication/interpersonal skills
  • Experienced in healthcare management minimum 1 year
