Job Description

:

  • Preparing assembly line for new model
  • Process sheet, PFMEA, QCPC
  • Sheet Specifications
  • New model document schedules, such as: QCPC, standard time, assembly chart
  • Prepare / create new model documents
  • Production preparation plan, including documents, Jig, Sample, Standard time
  • Process Capability
  • Man-hours Assembly process concept
  • Machine Spec Request
  • Machine inspection process, new jig before and after being put into line.
  • Create a new model preparation schedule
  • Adwal machine, jig from production plan to line entry


Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge & skills with 2D/3D Drawing Technical
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineer
  • Having experience with Design (SW), Autocad 2d/3d, PLC, Catia
  • Willing to work in Karawang
  • Having minimum 2 years experience in same position
