Marketing Manager (Medical Device)

Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Medical Device Distributor Company. Our respected client is seeking a Marketing Manager with suitable qualifications. The job is based in West Java, Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

• Join and Contribution in fair event
• Determine yearly forecast and coordinate with the SCM department
• Ensure the marketing program is performed in accordance with program plans.
• Capable to prepare the marketing strategy for short and long-term periods of time.
• Ensure business development in accordance with a market survey.
• Coordinating and improving sales through online and offline methods
• Coordination the media, organizer, and business partner for promotion need in order to increase the sales
• Giving the direction for problem-solving in order to increase the sales and marketing
• Monitor the sales target achievement.
• Prepare the market survey for competitor products periodically.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem–solving skills.
• Proficient with Ms. Office Program and ERP system
• Positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, shippers, and customers.
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Availability to travel as needed
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a relevant field
• Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
