Minimum 2 years of Experience in Aesthetics

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, doctors, and other staff members.

Develop and implement strategies to deliver high standard of medical services across all outlets.

Must have more than one year of experience in trade marketing-related area.

Develop the business strategies to enlarge Modern Trade and Medical channel.

Trade investment funds budget planning and optimization.

Ensure product launch plans of new Hansaplast products are designed to meet success criteria among strategic retailers.

Delivers winning building blocks for a market/channel, including strong plans for base and innovation.

Develops category growth strategies and strong conceptual selling.

Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management

Over six years of work experience at managerial level

About The Engineering Manager (Medical) Role

Ensure the preventive maintenance program is performing in accordance to the applicable programme and required target

Ensure and monitor the corrective maintenance of electrical/mechanical machine run properly

Ensure the availability of machine/tolls spare part in accordance to the needs in order to prevent the machine breakdown

Manage the deployment of global digital content as part of the brand building agenda, in collaboration with commercial and digital team.

Manage assigned budget to ensure effective and efficient execution of disease awareness programs, as well as budget compliance.

5+ years of working experience in pharmaceuticals, digital health, healthcare, or consumer goods industry

Experience in managing media or social media program is a plus

Experience in planning and executing market research is a plus

Strong analytical and execution skills

Provide marketing management, budget control, compensation programs and incentive planning.

Bachelor’s degree or above in business management, marketing or related field

Obtains product market share by working with sales managers to develop product sales strategies.

Ability to manage new product development, launch campaigns and managing distribution channels for products

Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience in Healthcare industry
